Use of Commercial Dishwasher – see note below

This operates very differently to a domestic dishwasher, but washes multiple loads efficiently and very quickly. There is an instruction sheet which you must follow carefully to avoid damaging the machine. The sink can be used instead to wash dishes by hand if preferred.
