The full title of the charitable trust is ‘The Bedwyn Memorial Hall and Playing Field Charity’. The registration number is 305529.
The trust stipulates that the committee comprises representatives from the local community, as well as a representative from each of the groups which use the hall, these groups then become affiliated.
There are regular committee meetings through the year, and an AGM in May or June to which all are invited. This is advertised on this website as well as on the Village notice board.
